Warranty Period
Limited Warranty: Accusys warrants to the original purchaser of the Accusys Product that the Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Accusys will, at its discretion, repair a defective Product with new or refurbished parts, or replace the Product with the same or equivalent product, during the warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
This three (3) year limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or mishandling.
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation or operation outside the permitted or intended uses (e.g., Cryptocurrency Mining, Data Mining, Mining Farms).
- Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.
- Unauthorized modifications or services performed by unauthorized persons.
- Damage caused by natural disasters such as flood, fire, or earthquake.
- Repairs or services performed by anyone other than an authorized Accusys Service Provider.
- Products with the serial number removed or defaced.
- Garage sale or second-hand items.
DOA (Dead on Arrival)
- A product is considered DOA (Dead on Arrival) if it shows defects upon its first use out of the box within 30 days of delivery.
- Please contact us or your reseller, provide a valid serial number, and send the DOA product back to Accusys.
- The DOA product will be replaced one to one with a new product immediately when there is stock.
- If the product happens to be out of stock, Accusys will send a test machine to you for use during the transition period, and send a new one to you immediately when it is available.
- Accusys will cover the freight caused accordingly.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- After the DOA validity period, all defective products are considered as RMA
- Please contact us or your reseller, and provide a valid serial number. After receiving the RMA number provided by Accusys, please download and fill out the RMA form.
- Accusys will provide a quotation for service charges for each RMA product including replacement parts.
- Customers shall be responsible for the delivery cost for the defective products to Accusys, while Accusys will be responsible for the freight of return products.
Over Warranty RMA
- An additional inspection fee will be charged for the product exceeding the warranty period. The fee will be charged USD60/ea as inspection fees.
- Accusys will provide a quote for service fees and spare parts for the customer to decide whether to repair or not.
- The customer will cover the freight incurred accordingly.
